Nathan has more than 11 years of experience developing and managing employee benefit plans. Nathan assists employers in developing employee benefit plans that meet the needs of their companies. His experience and strong industry relationships allow him to represent Salem's clients effectively. Prior to joining Salem Benefits Group where he serves as President, Nathan was employed by PARTNERS National Health Plans and most recently Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina where he managed large group employer plans with an average account size of 10,000 employees. His responsibilities included senior level client contact and new product project management.

Nathan holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Wake Forest University where he also received a BS in Business.
